Blue Bay is a large spacious duplex. Large enough for the whole family to enjoy their beach holiday.

There are two living areas, one in the front of the duplex which has a smart TV and Foxtel/Netflix/Stan. When using your Netflix or Stan app you must use your personal account details.
The living area at the rear of the duplex also has a TV with a chrome cast for you to use.
There is unlimited WiFi package available.
The newly installed kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, coffee pod (Nespresso), self-cleaning oven and everything else you need for a great holiday.

The open style living/dining/kitchen is air conditioned and located at the rear of the duplex.
This area opens out from the dining room to the newest addition to the duplex, a large covered outdoor area, which offers BBQ facilities and alfresco dining for any time of the day. A special area where you and your family will spend a lot of time.
The children can enjoy playing in the fully fenced back yard.

Upstairs - All bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
All bedrooms have ceiling fans and built in robes.
The main bedroom has a queen bed and an ensuite.
The second bedroom has a queen bed.
The third bedroom has two single beds.
The fourth bedroom has two single beds.

The bathrooms and powder room have all been renovated with modern features.

The main bathroom has a luxurious free-standing bath and a walk-in shower with a rainwater shower head. Nothing has been forgotten for your comfort.
There is a powder room separate from the bathroom.
The ensuite has a walk-in shower with a rainwater shower head and toilet.

The internal laundry has a washer and dryer.
There is a clothesline outside.

One of the powder rooms is on the ground floor level.

Single lock up garage suitable for a medium sized car. There is room to park another car in the driveway or street parking is available.

If you do not drive there is a Bus stop opposite the property that can bring you to the door and then take you all around Port Stephens, to the Airport, Newcastle or to Sydney.

Blue Bay is for those wanting a peaceful holiday. It is not suitable for those wanting to party.

Beds are made up for your arrival and other linen provided - bath towels, hand towel, bathmats and tea towels, you just need to bring your beach towels.
