”The staff went ABOVE and BEYOND! I got several rides to and from the airport and the university. While everyone was very kind and seemed to enjoy their job, I couldn't help notice the operation looked woefully understaffed. They're working harder than they should have to. Give them some more help. I hope they're getting paid well. ”

”Overall, we enjoyed our stay at the Parkview. We were in the area for our son's college graduation, and the hotel was conveniently located. We also saw a show at Syracuse Stage, and we were able to walk there from the hotel. The hotel is old but renovated. Lobby was beautiful. Room was very clean and spacious; bed was comfortable. The only problems we had were that the a/c unit was too loud (not broken, just way to noisy), and the noise we heard every time someone in the room above us...

”Very nice hotel. Renovations have brought it back to a lot of its old grandeur! Parking on the street saved us $25.00. Room was smaller than most nice hotels however. More work is needed in the hallways on the door frames and crown molding.”
