”Clean room and overall very nice place ”

”Can hear cars on the road, lobby smells bad.”

”Room was not cleaned during our stay. On Saturday I mentioned this to the staff at the desk and they ASSURED me the room would be cleaned. Nothing done. For the price I paid per night, close to $1000 I should expect better. Not acceptable! Especially for a room a I paid for in advance almost 1 YEAR AGO IN FULL. Refund due accordingly!! Please review!”

”There were roaches in my room. They changed me to an upper floor and upgraded my room but there were still roaches. Did not like the hotel but the staff was very nice and professional.”

” I checked in and after 30 min had to leave and find another place to stay, the bad smell in the room was terrible, the front desk tried to help me with a spray and it didn't work, i bought one spray didn't work either, not even a plastic cup in the room, dirty in a ver very bad condition, i can't understand why this place still opened and having guets coming over, this is unsane for expedia and for extended stay chain hotels, i'll appreaciate a reasonable answer to this maater”

”This is minimalism in a place to stay. My first experience with a"Tru" so I didn't know what I was getting. For example, there was there was no closet in the room--you have pegs on the walls and pipes for hanging clothes. The housekeeping is every other day! The floors are "luxury vinyl" and the light fixtures are industrial grade. Pets are permitted (a bit of a shocker ). It is a newer property which masks some of its limitations. ”The relationship between price and quality was not the best. The hotel is not a three star rating but deserves only two star rating. However, judging by the guests, the hotel was quite popular among locals. Breakfast was every morning the same and it differed considerably from a European breakfast. It included bagel, roll, bun, wafer, yoghurt, apple/orange, cerials, minced beef, fried egg, coffee and juice. Overall the hotel was shabby and the cleaning level was not very good. Wifi worked well...
