”rugs in the room was dirty and torn, door to deck couldn't be opened, rug in atrium dirty and torn in multiple spots. Multiple front desk people exhibited an attitude. We 100% left prescription glasses in the room. I called and was told "well I don't know how we'd ge them to you". Then the curt attitude continued and I was told we just don't have them. I know for certain that they were left. That attitude was consistent with the overall attitude and vibe I felt. I will definitely never stay...

”This hotel does not reflect the Marriott reputation for spotless, welcoming, high-end accommodations. The first thing one sees is the deplorable condition of the parking lot. It is well past time to repave it. If nothing else, at least fill the potholes. The planters at the entrances are devoid of any color or interest whatsoever and the landscaping is negligible. Once inside, the elevator lighting is so dark that it’s difficult to see the floor numbers on the panel. The room itself was clean...

”The carpets really need cleaning and the breakfast was subpar. The plates weren’t cleaned well and the French toast was burnt and cold/hard. Hot sauce was stale. The janitor vacuumed the floor right up to us as we were eating.”

”The room wasn't very clean. The bathroom shower was clogged and water stood around your feet while showering. There were large crumbs on the microwave stand, and rust inside the microwave. The housekeeping cart was abandoned and sat in the 2nd floor hallway for two days.”

”There was door almming and baninging noise throughout the stay that seemded to be either structula.problem or maintenance issue. I also had issue with a group of young prople being loud for hours late at night. I called front desk but the clerk just said she will call the police. The noise continues well past 1am. I would not come back for sure.”

”the first room we checked into, the fridge was leaking on the floor. front desk immediately gave us a different room and some snacks for the trouble. the rooms do not have carpet, so they are a little noisy. especially when the neighbors were having a rowdy good time. the bathroom light fixture only had one side working and the shower door did not close all the way. the shampoo and conditioner supplied smelled amazing! the bed was comfortable.”

”Front desk was a mess - door key would not work - had to go and get staff - looked at the same garbage in the elevator lobby on my floor for 3 days. Staff was a meh - not friendly, but not unfriendly. Room was clean. Will most likely not stay here again.”
