”I must have had a newer room during my last stay, because the room I was in did show some wear and tear. The day I tried to use the ironing board, it fell apart on me. I called the front desk and reported it and maintenance brought a replacement right away. Also, I stayed four nights and chose not to have my room cleaned until the third day. When I did request the room to be cleaned it was not; they said they were down two housekeepers so it was not done. So, I just asked for extra towels.”

”After staying for one night with my family I found a bug on my hand in the night and tried to brush it off that it was just a bug but now after being home for 2 days we’ve had to go to urgent care for bug bites all over our bodies and get medicated ointments to help the itching. I’m terrified of bugs and made my husband flush it immediately so I wish I had a picture but me and my family are covered in red bumps and I’m so disappointed I didn’t find a clean place for my family to stay and ended...

”location was quiet but still close to commercial locations
TV, mini fridge, and desk lamp were was plugged into outlet that only worked when the entry light switch was turned on, so we had to have that bright light on around the clock to use the mini fridge or watch TV
TV remote only worked for power and volume, wouldn't change the channels
We received a phone call every morning at 6:22am on the hotel phone in our room - we complained the first morning, we complained more strongly the second...

”The property was very clean, staff were helpful and responsive. The room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast had lots to choose from, although we ate 30 minutes before breakfast service ended so the coffee was lukewarm and the oatmeal was watery. I would definitely stay here again, however. It is in a nice area with lots of dining and shopping options.”
