”Second time staying here and it was great. The staff was delightful and the apt was huge. One thing to note is the TV only has Italian channels which is fine but the Netflix button on the remote does not work and you cannot do screen mirroring with your IPhone. ”

”Very nice service, excellent location in the middle of Firenze center. Appartment was nice and actually quite large. Washing machine was a nice bonus for us. Only problem was quite loud music some where in near reastaurant or apparment in Late nigts. ”

”Hotelli on rauhallisella sivukadulla ja hiljainen. Ponte Vecchiolle muutaman minuutin kävelymatka joen rantaa pitkin. Uskalsi kulkea hyvin yksin illallakin. Huone ja kylpyhuone olivat siistejä. Sänky, peitot, tyynyt olivat tosi hyvä. Huoneessa ei ollut turhia tekstiilejä pölyä keräämässä. Oli melko askeettinen komeaa sänkyä lukuunottamatta, mutta mukava. Älyteleviso. Sopi hyvin minulle kun sai kulkea omalla avaimella, mutta toimistosta sai apua tarvittaessa. Hnkilökunta oli nuorta, ystävällistä...

”We had a great stay at this apartment. The rooms were Immaculately clean, amenities were good with a kitchenette incorporated into the apartment and a large fridge freezer and big beds. Staff were great and responded quick via email. Thank you so much for the much enjoyed stay at the apartment ”

”Nice and spacious 1BR apartment in the heart of Florence. Close to practically everything. No reception in the building but the communication via WhatsApp was very good and the keys pick-up was smooth. The deep bathtub/jacuzzi/shower was great to relax in but the bathroom needs a renovation: the ventilation is very poor and there's mold in a few places around the bathtub and the ceiling. The rain shower system was a bit run down and one of the toilet flushes was malfunctioning. ”
