”Apartment was big but the AC was not enough to cool the entire appt. Temperature was very hot in the bedroom, it was only acceptable in the living room. Also properly pictures shows it had a washer in the bathroom and that was not the case. That was really disappointing because we reserved this place because of that.”

”Hotelli on rauhallisella sivukadulla ja hiljainen. Ponte Vecchiolle muutaman minuutin kävelymatka joen rantaa pitkin. Uskalsi kulkea hyvin yksin illallakin. Huone ja kylpyhuone olivat siistejä. Sänky, peitot, tyynyt olivat tosi hyvä. Huoneessa ei ollut turhia tekstiilejä pölyä keräämässä. Oli melko askeettinen komeaa sänkyä lukuunottamatta, mutta mukava. Älyteleviso. ”It was great spot, nice clean and very comfortable units. However booing it though Expedia was a disaster, no phone number or any other arrangement made and we arrived at the property hoping to have someone help us checking in. Eventually a shop next to the appointment contacted the property management and she kindly came again and provided us with all details. Every thing else after was fantastic.”

”Overall this is a great apartment - but the issue we encountered is related to the inaccuracy of the listing in regards to the beds. The listing states there are two double beds. It does not specify that the second bed is actually a pull out sofa bed. It's in a sitting room with sliding doors that does allow for privacy, but no bedside tables and the mattress is incredibly thin. It was not prepared when we arrived - I suppose because there were only two of us. We would not have booked if we knew...

”The description of the property is very accurate. We were very excited about the location of the property. Very close to most popular attractions. The apartment was spacious and very comfortable. The shower was a little tight but manageable. We would recommend this property for anyone visiting Florence. The walk to and from the train station was less than half hour. We did a tour with WalkAbout Tours and they were excellent as well.”

”La localización es excelente con vistas a la plaza de la Santa Croce. Prepárate para subir muchas escaleras. No hubo caliente. La terraza en el techo es muy pequeña y tenía algo de basura. No la usamos, pero la vista desde ahí es muy buena.”
