”My stay at Lakeside Bed and Breakfast was perfect and absolutely delightful! The room was beautiful, comfortable, and spacious. The property is on a lake, surrounded by trees, lovely and peaceful even though it is right on the edge of Florence. Very easy to find. The breakfast was delicious and generous every day. I especially loved the fresh-squeezed orange juice. The hosts were very good at making guests feel welcome and pampered! I could not have asked for anything more.”

”The owner was friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating to our family upon our early arrival prior to 3 pm. The room was nostalgic and reminded my husband and me of staying with our grandparents. We loved the VHS tape player with movies to borrow in the lobby. There were plenty of modern amenities like over 100 channels on the TV, and wifi. The beds were more comfortable than the average firm and hard hotel beds. After a long day of exploring we got in late and the lack of blackout curtains...

”Room was dirty. Table has not been wiped there's still marks of drinks on the table and it's sticky. Aircon was soo dusty. Cable wires in the room has not properly mounted its just on the floor. We didn't eat breakfast as the food was not appealing. The mandarin orange was totally rotten half of it has molds and dark brown. My husband has to ask for coffee as its empty. ”One of our rooms was spacious, clean and all mechanical working properly. The second room, which I stayed in, had a space heater on the floor and a window air conditioner (which was noisy and not keeping the room cool). Can tell attempted to updated the room, but it is an older resort and they took a cheap approach when remodeling the older rooms.
