”First of all this home is beautiful! Wonderfully furnished in every way. Kitchen is percecfly accommodating! But…the house is amazing for a large family vacation, business outings the way it is perfectly laid out to allow for privacy at night but wonderful gatherings at dinner and drinks and time together in the evenings! The hosts are amazing. Michael and Davita are amazing. You have to stay here to understand. Cheers!”

”Our stay was amazing. The location was beautiful and easy for us to explore the surrounding area with ease. The house was beautiful, very clean and our host was most gracious. Upon arrival we had made a passing comment on how beautiful the patio terrace was and how a fire pit would be a nice touch so that we could enjoy it longer into the cool night. After the dinner our host organized for us at a local restaurant we returned to having a fire pit and wood on the patio. They went above and beyond...

”We hebben erg genoten in deze fantastische villa. Het was erg warm tijdens ons bezoek, het prive-zwembad was daarom erg prettig. Kamers zijn ruim en verzorgd. Airco hebben we daarom zeer gewaardeerd. Het is een mooie uitvalsbasis voor bezoeken aan Florence en Toscane. Dat goed met de auto, maar ook met de bus. Bus 23 levert je af in het centrum van Florence. Fijne ontvangst door Jannet en fijne contacten vooraf met Carla.”

”If you are looking for a quiet place with great views in Tuscany, this is the place. We loved every minute of our stay and the hosts consistently went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our stay.”

Antonella, the owner is warm, friendly and clearly very hard-working: the whole place is put together with love. We definitely recommend having Beatrice and Stefania cook for you: their food and service were excellent. Staying in also means you get to enjoy the varied sunsets from the canopied dining terrace before dinner and the twinkling lights of Sesto Fiorentino once...

”Beautiful home, dazzling finishes, lots of space. Went in April. Could not enjoy the gardens & patio due to inclement weather. Made dinner in the well-equipped kitchen. Not far from Park n’ Ride (€7 all day; €1.50 each way to Florence. Minutes by car to the vineyards. This villa has it all.”

”This villa is AMAZING!!! We had a group of 6 adults but EASILY could have fit 4 more. Coming from the US, this is the epitome of what we Americans envision Tuscany to be. We still can not believe how little we paid for the week, this would have easily been 3 times the amount in the US. The villa is surrounded by vineyards and Olive orchards; the only downfall was the massive amount of stink bugs that were out this time of year. We even brought one home with us ;). ”This villa was great for the family. Hidden off the beaten track it is a tricky one to find initially but once there you are secluded and quiet. The villa had everything you could ask for and we were made extremely welcome upon our arrival. The kids loved the pool and garden making lots of use of it. We would recommend it but you need to be aware that everything is a drive away (shops, restaurant and train station)”

”I stayed a week with family here and the views are are absolutely gorgeous . The villa is on one acre right in Strada in Chianti . It’s very quiet and relaxing and close to everything we needed. Francesco is an amazing host and was so friendly and helpful for anything we needed treating us like family . He is also a wonderful Chef and we hired him to cook us this delicious Italian meal one night . He is attentive and responsive at all times. The property was very clean and the pool and hot tub...

”We absolutely loved our stay for a group of friends for a big birthday. the bedrooms were large and all perfect except the weird one with the twin beds. we added an amenity by adding a catered chef dinner one evening and it was 100% worth it - the meal and staff were amazing. great communication during check in and check out via whatsapp . wifi worked great. only issue was transportation - this home is not near the train station and there are not cars available in Certaldo . ”We had a wonderful time staying at Countryside Florence Villa. Pool was an absolute highlight during the heatwave Italy was experiencing at the beginning of our trip. Also being nestled in the hills outside of Florence meant it was 5C cooler at the house than down in the City.
