”日本の方(特に英語が話せない方)には絶対におすすめしません。 Expediaのチャット上でのホテル側(貸主側)への問い合わせは、オンラインチェックイン(税金を払うところ)までは繋がりましたが、それ以降はチャットでの返答はありませんでした。 そのため、Expedia上の地図と実際の場所が異なり、場所を見つけられなかったのですが、問い合わせても返事はなく、初めての街を彷徨い続けました。 ようやく写真に似た外観の建物を見つけましたが、入室に必要な番号キーも事前に教えてもらっておらず、建物の前で立ち尽くしてしまいました。 このまま野宿になると思い、Expediaのサポートセンターにダメ元で問い合わせたところ、番号キーを教えてもらい、入室できました。 ようやくのことで入室できましたが、冷蔵庫はペットボトルもギリギリしか入らない大きさでしたし、ゴミ箱もなく、タオルの交換もなく、設備も十分とは言えないものでした。 立地の割には価格が安かったので、選んでしまいましたが、海外でのホテル選びはもっと慎重にすべきだったと反省しております。”

”Overall a nice hotel in Florence. Large room enough for a family of four. Bathroom was small but nice and had a window for ventilation. Property was in a convenient spot being only around 10mins from main areas. Staff were friendly and polite but only there on certain days. Building felt safe and had a lovely historic feel to it. ”There were 77 steps in this hotel, no elevator and carrying luggage up the steps was really annoying. The staff was not cooperative, not ready to store your luggage without a charge. The photos are completely deceptive and the hotel was unclean. Nobody comes for the maintenance of your room. And it is like a horror film once you enter.
