”Parking was easy, we had a late check-in and i believe the power had cutout from a storm. But the gentleman at the front desk was super helpful and kept a great attitude. Very thankful for nice rooms and comfy beds. ”

”I drove over 7 hours. Rented 2 rooms. When entering the room 1 smelled like sewer, the other one looked like it wasnt cleaned. Pool was closed apparently they don't have maintenance working on weekends. Breakfast area is spacious but food wasn't very tastefully. Had to go out and get food somewhere else. Location is great stores and restaurants near by. ”

”The room was clean but not inviting. The bed made a lot of noise like squeaky sounds, when I sat on the edge (and I’m not fat). Front desk staff was not friendly or very professional. Very casually dressed and there was a dog behind the counter. Breakfast was disgusting. The eggs were chunky and the sausage was very pale, white, almost looked uncooked, hash browns were soggy, coffee was weak. The parking lot had a lot of potholes and just looked neglected. ”Very neat and clean house. Lots of unique art in the house. Great breakfast with many choices. Only 1 mile from hospital if you need a overnight room. Highly recommended and cheaper than the area hotels.”

”Breakfast was advertised as a buffet breakfast. The breakfast was barely a continental breakfast. Basically cereal, bagels, toast, waffles, prepackaged muffins, bananas that were green, no other fruit and coffee. We were there at 8, breakfast was 7-10so it wasn't that we were there too late for breakfast. ”

”Everything was easy from the booking to the parking and check in. Everyone I encountered at the front desk and the breakfast area was very friendly and helpful. My room was having issues with the heating and didn't have a mirror over the vanity, but they called me and let me know and they adjusted the price accordingly. The pool was the perfect temperature! I really appreciate the staff and enjoyed my stay.”

”The Hyatt in North Canton Ohio is outstanding. We gave them 5 stars in all categories. Easy check, helpful staff when the room refrigerator needed to be replaced. Room was very clean. Very quiet. Very good HVAC. Top quality bedding and bathroom towels. Outstanding morning breakfast included in price. We will definitely look to book a room there whenever we are in Canton.”

”Cleaning staff great, front desk poor to average, dining was terrible due to construction and food pricing for what you got. The cleaning staff was always friendly and helpful when needed. Front desk slow to work with you when there was a problem. Food they charged you double what you could get at a waffle house or bob evans for less to same quality. The pool was terrible to ok. Had a random dirty sock and dog toy left in their pool for several days. Sauna not working several days...
