”Everything was great”

”Farmington Inn is quaint and has a mature person feel. The room was older and smelled like a nursing home yet it was clean and served the purpose. There was a small laundry room fire while we were there. Luckily, I was in my room and evacuated me and my dog safely. I questioned if they would have gone in to get my dog if I were not there. That question remains unanswered. I’d stay again. It was close to the interstate and food options and some of the most beautiful walks. ”

”Plumbing - Toilet did not function correctly and I had to plunge on initial entry into room. Low water pressure.”

”Staff wasn't helpful and I was forced to check out because I had no towels none. they would take my dirty towels and left me with no clean ones. I couldn't shower after a long day at work and 3 different occasions I asked and was never accommodated. I had to check out at 9pm because I couldn't get any towels therefore I couldn't shower”

”A beautiful hotel to stay in located in the heart of West Hartford. The helpful staff and easy valet parking make any visit even more enjoyable. The breakfast is always delicious and we look forward to that part of our trip! The rooms are clean, tidy and very comfortable. The well appointed gym is a nice plus. Cannot wait for our next trip!!!!”

”The Only Elevator and the Ice Machine on the 4th Floor were out of order. The Breakfast was adequate. This hotel does NOT live up to the standards of a Marriott Hotel.”

”We loved the hotel’s old country elegance and the estate like setting at the foothills of Avon mountain. The beautifully wood paneled tavern room served excellent dinner with live music. Breakfast was served in the bright and airy dining room with an atrium like setting. Our room was very spacious by today’s standards and beautiful. Great for a weekend getaway.”

”We stayed here for my daughters' dance competition, which was at a local high school nearby, and one thing I can say about this area is that there is sooooo much shopping, dining, and entertainment nearby. The location was fantastic and very convenient for everything we needed. We primarily chose this hotel because they start serving breakfast at 6 AM, whereas many hotels either start at 7 AM or don’t offer breakfast at all. ”The tv was not connected to the cable box. Toilet backed up as soon as we got there. Took 20 mins to even get someone to answer the front desk phone. Bought breakfast with cash, the clerk seemed very confused with cash. Heard guest doors slamming all night long ”

”We would stay here again we absolutely loved the decor. It was modern funky and grand. We love the bar downstairs with the adorable DJ. She was amazing. I don’t know her name, but we love the music and her vibe. Great location, great price, comfortable bed, clean room.”
