”We were really excited to stay at this hotel as it had great reviews but unfortunately didn't meet our expectations. We didn't have water in the shower and toilet at some point, beds were stained, garbage under the sofa bed, dirty vents. Not so friendly reception and kitchen staff. Overall we would not be back here.”

”The room smelled very strongly of Fabuloso or some other floral cleaning product. There was paint stains and drips on the floor. The bedding had some stains and the lamp next to the bed had a stain as well. The toilet paper was not fresh. It had been used you could tell by the roll.
We ended up not staying after about 1-2 hours because of the smell.
We have reached out to management multiple days in a row and still no call back or refund as we didn’t stay.
