” We had an issue with 2 staff members entering our room before checkout time. We had posted a “do not disturb” sign and they didn’t respect it. Luckily we were in the room to stop their entry. We never received any explanation, what they were doing there. It would be interesting to know how much customer property gets stolen!!! There was no management present, so we had to send email to the assistant general manager. We never received any reply, so clearly this behavior is accepted by the...

”The only issue I had was that the beach access and pool access were closed at night. Would've loved to sit on the beach near the hotel at night to hear the waves and feel the water on my feet. Or take a dip in the pool after a long day on the motorcycle, but it was closed until morning, when we got back to the hotel after festivities. Other than that, the stay was delightful, great customer service, room was clean and adequetly stocked. Thanks!”

”We liked the property's location and views of the beach and ocean. Everything was clean and comfortable. The only thing we would have liked and this may come down to personal preference is better pillows. the pillows were thin and offered no head support or comfort. So new and better pillows we felt were needed other than that it was great! ”

”Wonderful to have an ocean view from our room. Loved the balcony. Room upgraded, eco-friendly was surfaces easily cleanable. King size bed. Shower. Friendly, efficient staff, especially Victor and Winsome. Microwave and refrigerator.. Limited breakfast with an amazing machine for various coffees, hot, chocolate, and chai tea. Free parking. Elevator. Our third stay and we’ll definitely come another time.”
