”Quite good!”

”I stayed 2 nights. The room is enough to stay for 1person. It was comfortably. I noticed the nozzle bidet was broken. Guest must contact to customer support when arrived the lobby to receive room key. The number of lockers is announced wrong number by what’s up😓”

”Excellent staff. Poor hotel. No refrigerator in room. Only one small recessed ceiling light in bathroom. I was unable to shave with razor, so I bought a light for the bathroom. Only two clothes hangers. I asked for more and was given two more even though I needed 8 . I bought more hangers. No stall or curtain for shower so water goes all over the floor and is very slippery. I bought a shower mat for personal safety. No work desk for computer use. No laundry service or laundry facilities at...

”Not suitable for families, specially with children. Used for not so good reasons,”

”The only thing this property has going for it is the location and proximity to Setia Convention Center. Rooms are very basic and well worn. The bathrooms had mold in them. The kitchen had 3 plates, 1 bowl, 2 mugs and 3 spoons and forks. The fridge was rusty, there was food scraps under my bed. The sofa was well worn. The towels were thin. It is a very basic room. As a westerner travelling, this would be a 1 or 2 star rating. But given our room.was better than some of the others in the complex I...

”Time to upgrade”

”The Apartment Room is pretty clean. However, there is a lack of organisation with the housekeeping team as I had informed them twice to change the linen on my bed and to change the towels. The housekeeping team should clean the room every day by changing the linen, towels and bins frequently. Other than that I have enjoyed my stay the reception staff were helpful. But I feel there are a lot of things that can be improved.”

”Tiada”

”The aircon has water leaking, and the aircon cool air direction cannot be adjust and keeps blowing to the face. ”

”Bersih. Selesa. Direction easy. ”

”Clerk could not find booking. Continued to dispute even after repeatedly show booking number and paid invoice. Argued that it must be for another branch. 15 mins later i got a key !! Not what you need at 11pm. Upon checkout counter not open. Even though sign on door and advertise 24 Hours. Did not get my key deposit back as I had to leave to get catch a flight. RM20 lost. ”

”Teribble hotel ever. Wont come anymore.”

”The hotel is located in a very strategic area, with a wide variety of food stalls and recreational facilities nearby, including badminton courts and pickleball courts. This is one of the main advantages of staying at this hotel, as there are plenty of options for food and activities within the surrounding area. However, there are a few areas that require improvement. First, the parking arrangements could be improved. Unlike some other hotels, the parking is not complimentary or reserved for...

”Yes”

”A good stay for a few nights if you’re looking for inexpensive without the frills. The staff are very friendly, helpful, and attentive. Filtered water dispensers on each floor, and that was a bonus; bottled water also included in the room. It is convenient that the location is in a plaza, which includes laundromats, convenience stores, and restaurants.”

”Friendly staff and nice hotel overall, though the common areas could benefit from some brushing up. Breakfast not recommend. The pool area was undergoing renovation.”
