Find this private Beacon of Light setback on over one acre of hill country scape offering plenty of parking for boats and other water crafts. The large wrap around porch provides plenty of seating for everyone to include a Texas style swing and colorful lounging chairs. As the light draws you in, find a rustic, modern home that offers an eclectic and fun ambience that all will enjoy. From the moment guests enter the fun begins, a photo perfect space to give a shout out and let your friends and family know you have arrived at the Lighthouse, an old school video game machine, a distinct wet bar with a colorful sink area perfect for serving favorite beverages, and a sitting area for relaxing. A hidden bedroom can be found behind the blue barn doors. Find a queen murphy bed, cozy fireplace, and sitting area with lovely views.

For the cooks in the group, find a spectacular, fully stocked gourmet kitchen to include an island for added counter space. Find all the essentials and more to prepare family favorites. Dine together at the dining table that seats eight and additional seating for three at the bar area. A coffee station provides a haven for those coffee lovers. A sitting area offers a large screen television to catch up on the day's events. A lovely courtyard just outside the kitchen is a charming space to spend mornings bird watching with a cup of Joe or freshly squeezed orange juice. The first level of the Lighthouse offers two additional private bedrooms with doors leading to the courtyard. The Master hosts a King bed and attached bathroom with an unbelievable ensuite that guests have to see to believe. The second bedroom hosts a queen bed with a bathroom found just outside the room. Both rooms offer a television, comfortable linens, and accents that make for a restful night's sleep. A laundry room is available for those guests who would like to wash their lake or pool towels after a day spent enjoying the lake and pool.

The rounded stairway leads to the second level, a large open bedroom offering a perfect escape for teens or older kids. With a fun vibe and eye-catching views , discover a hanging chair, large screen television and three queen beds perfect for a slumber party. A half bath is also found in this space perfect for tidying up for the night.

The third level takes guests to the very top of the lighthouse tower and leads to an adventure to discover a few other hideaway nooks as well as gorgeous sunset views. This is a perfect space to lounge with a good book or admire breathtaking views from the balcony offering a bird's eye view of this magical lighthouse and its surroundings.
