Set in the heart of Texas Hill Country on the scenic Devil’s Backbone ridge, Fischer House is a place to unwind and recharge. Designed with the natural beauty of the surrounding area in mind, this spacious farmhouse provides everything needed for groups large and small. With indoor and outdoor spaces thoughtfully curated for those perfect moments, Fischer House offers an unforgettable Hill Country experience.

Fischer House is a newly updated home thoughtfully designed for friends and family. Five bedrooms, three bathrooms, a media room, and a collection of outdoor spaces offer plenty of room to gather and take in the scenery.

Downstairs the living room offers a leather couch and Swedish armchairs next to the indoor fireplace. The dining room includes a custom-built table and opens to a fully stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a coffee machine, a French press, and all the utensils needed for cooking and dining. Bottled and sparkling water are provided.

Upstairs the media room features an oversized couch and 80” Smart TV perfect for movie nights and rainy days. The ping-pong table offers endless group entertainment while the workspace can be used for remote work. Fiber Wifi is provided.

The primary bedroom featuring a king bed, workspace, and a private bathroom is located downstairs as well as two bedrooms with queen beds and a shared bathroom. Upstairs features the secondary bedroom with a king bed and another bedroom with two twin beds and a shared bathroom. All bedrooms include comfy bedding and pillows, fresh linens, private closets, and ceiling fans. Shower essentials and soaps are provided in each bathroom while the primary and secondary bedrooms feature bathrobes for a restful stay.

The pergola features a charcoal grill, campfire, and a dining table perfect for enjoying dinner and drinks under the hanging lights. Watch the sunrise with coffee in hand on the side porch and spend the afternoon on the front porch relaxing in the rocking chairs or swinging daybed. The gated entrance and fully fenced yard provide secure onsite parking and the perfect place for the pups to run.

Only one hour from Austin and San Antonio, Texas, Fischer House is located in a protected dark sky community and offers incredible views of the night sky. The ocean-blue waters at Canyon Lake Marina are a six-minute drive offering boat and jet-ski rentals, water sports, fishing, and a waterfront bar/restaurant. The famous Horseshoe Loop on the Guadalupe River and Whitewater Amphitheater is a 12-minute drive with tubing, floating, and live music. Wimberley is a short 15-minute drive and offers some of the area’s best restaurants and coffee, local shopping, and swimming holes including Jacob’s Well and Blue Hole. A number of wineries and breweries are located within a 30-minute drive, including Seventh Son Vineyards, Wimberley Valley Winery, and Vista Brewing.
