”Our stay was three days, the staff were friendly and very helpful from the moment we arrived. The pool and spa areas were superb, and having Black Forest Gateaux with a pot of tea by the pool was not something we expected to be able to do - but very memorable. ”We arrived during the evening hours and someone from the reception greeted us and went over and explained about the room and hotel facilities (inc SPA). Room was super! very large, felt well maintained and clean, and had access to a terrace. The breakfast room and food were absolutely gorgeous.
