In-room dislikes: the beds were so firm that our backs were killing us. The keurig's were not cleaned, coffee tasted horrible. The hallway noise that comes into the room was unbelievable, luckily the front desk had earplugs.
Amenities: I understand that Covid has put restrictions on alot of things, The indoor-pool was open for use as well as part of the game room, however the rest of the amenities were shut down and there is no notification of that on Expedia or Tenaya Lodge's website. We paid over $900 for 2 nights and our 3 kids were so disappointed to find out that they couldn't do the Archery, Ice Skating, Rock climbing, etc.
My husband and I wanted to get massages, the Spa also isn't open. The spa at the pools' weren't open either.
Definitely call the hotel to check what is open before booking, otherwise you may be disappointed and feeling empty handed after spending this kind of money to just sit in your room with nothing to do.
