”We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. We'd stay there longer if the snow at the Beaver Mountain is better. Location: Garden City is a small town right next to the beautiful Bear Lake. The property is in a newly developed area of the town. It's right across Mike's Market, which is the largest grocery store in the Bear Lake area. While you can't see the lake from the property, it's just a block away and you can even walk there. Property: it's probably the cleanest property we've rented...

”Walking distance to park, market, milkshakes. Walking/Bike path runs right in front of building. Close to the beach. Pool was a favorite with the kids. We didn’t realize this was a triplex when we made the reservation but we never heard any sounds through the adjoining wall. We had 38 people and there are not 38 chairs and bar stools in the dining area but we made it work just fine. Everyone had a great time.”

”Great place right in Garden City. You can walk to LaBeau’s!!! Beautiful pool on the premises and other amenities opening soon. We enjoyed the fire pit and the lawn area. Our house was well planned with comfortable beds, giant refrigerator, lots of common space, and plenty of parking. We didn’t know it was part of a triplex type arrangement but that didn’t much affect us. Norm, the manager was on the premises and was very helpful as was Adam online.”
