”We visited for a little Father's Day getaway -- mostly attracted by the outdoor pool. The pool was very large, nicely maintained, and there was plenty of comfortable seating and umbrellas available. The room itself was comfortable - a little dated, but overall clean and spacious. We were on the third floor towards the end, grateful because there was a grand piano in the foyer and some kids were banging on it... thankfully we couldn't hear it! We had a burger and a drink on the outside patio and...

”Great stay overall at the Avon Residence Inn! Staff were warm and genuinely helpful from check-in to checkout, room was clean and spacious with a great kitchen setup, and the hot breakfast was a solid start to the day. Property is quiet and well-kept. My only miss: the bed felt old — I could feel springs and it seemed slightly tilted to one side, which made sleep tough. With a mattress refresh, this place would be perfect. I'd definitely stay again.”

”The staff were very friendly and helpful. WiFi was iffy to connect at times. It was not password protected. The room kitchen was nice. Dishes, pots and pans on request at front desk. There was an elevator. Good parking. Easy on-off I-84. Coffee bar in am.”

”The staff was kind and helpful. The check in staff was one person training another and also working the bar and cafe. She was pleasant and friendly the whole time. The bed was comfortable but the pillows were not! We were essentially just laying on the bed with no pillows because there was nothing to them. No support. The shower did not drain while showering. The hotel is close to a ton of amenities. ”

”Staff is AWFUL. Definitely the worst I’ve ever dealt with. Check in is 3 PM. We checked in at 3:20 PM and they told us to come back in a few hours as our room was not ready. They had no solution until I asked if I can receive a discount as I was heading to a concert and wouldn’t be able to use my room until after midnight since it wasn’t ready. There was multiple check ins this happened with as we were checking in and management was trying to run out for the day to avoid helping paying guests....

”Overall, a good experience. The staff was excellent—friendly, attentive, and professional. The room was clean and smelled fresh. My only suggestion would be to address the odor in the lobby and hallways; perhaps a deep carpet cleaning would help, as the initial impression can be misleading. Even so, I enjoyed my stay and would return.”

”Great location, great price. I am a regular. I was disappointed that this time around our Refrigerator wasn't working. I mentioned it to the staff but they seemed bothered. But normally I have no complaints or negative feedback from this location.”
