”Very clean and quiet. Staff was very helpful.”

”The building was being renovated. The lobby was closed. I had to step over a worker grouting a tile floor in order to check in thru a door at the side if the gift shop. the stairwells had construction materials in them. The fire door at the first floor was blocked open. This hotel had no business being open! The lady at the front desk was very understanding. She refunded our money and we went elsewhere.”

”Many construction workers stay at this motel. The clean towels were gray and needed to be replaced.. This was brought to the front desks attention.”

”We had a very nice overnight stay. The staff were friendly and professional. The bed was comfortable, lots of nice pillows too.The only issue, the shower head head had a crack in it and some of the decore needed to be fixed up especially around the tv. Other than that, I would recommend this hotel to a friend. It is convenient to many Hershey attractions. ”

”Everything was clean, pool was clean and my son really enjoyed it. The free breakfast was great with a lot of options. The location was perfect for Hershey Park. The only negative was our room was right by elevator which was very noisy and there were a lot of kids there for an event and they were very noisy until late at night which was rude and disruptive. Did not get much sleep, but that’s not really the hotels fault - that’s on the adults who were chaperoning the kids.”

”Could you please invest more money into your continental breakfast. We loved everything but that, it was the only hiccup. We will be using your lovely hotel again. It was conveniently located to the conference site, food places, and tourist sites. Food places were ten minutes away. Located next to the major highway was a plus. Also ot was so quiet at night and boy was I grateful. We loved our time there.”

”Had a great stay over the holiday. Every staff member I came in contact with was extremely friendly, the room exceeded my expectations, and everything was very clean, including the pool area. Only thing I wasn’t a huge fan of was the shower in my room, the glass “door” doesn’t go across the entire shower so I felt like water easily got on the bathroom floor but it wasn’t terrible as long as a towel was down. ”
