Our stay in the apartment was great just needs a little maintenance on the heating and the kitchen as the lights were dull and range hood light not working at all made it hard preparing meals

A couple of things needed fixing but were not a problem. The lighting is dull, not bright. There needs to be a lamp on the table. The room I had this time needed more bench space and the TV was smaller than other rooms I've stayed at in this motel. I'm happy enough here and rebook regularly.

I chose this property because it was pet-friendly. The backyard is spacious and varied, and suitable for minor dog-associated activity. For Chuckit, the White Flat oval is around 10 minutes walk away. Sturt st is within easy walking distance and Ballarat Central shopping centre is also close.

Good location, everything I needed. I stayed in a studio near the lifts and it felt a little bit like living in a fish bowl - open for all to see but once I got over that it was fine. Very good value.
