”I’ve stayed here a few times and liked it however this stay was horrible from the moment I walked in (where they were doing the carpet in the entryway) so I needed to wait for them to open the doors and clear their stuff (which seemed like an annoyance to them). Then I found out that the restaurant and bar was closed which was a huge inconvenience for me. While I was waiting for the elevator a girl was crouched down painting the borders of the wall at the elevator. Oh and the breakfast wasn’t...

”A very well maintained resort with a lot of entertainment for kids. Friendly staff. The water park was very clean, it was warm enough (both water and air), and it was relatively big for an indoor place with many slides for all ages. We did not try the other activities (which were a bit pricey), since we spent most of the time at the water park (which is included in the room price). The lodge provides many alternatives for dining. Rooms were very spacious and comfortable. Nice arcade too! ”

”Expedia advertised place as having a hot tub, which turned out to be false. Gentleman at the front desk says it was removed 12 years ago, and Expedia has repeatedly been notified but has yet to remove claim. This is unacceptable, and would not have stayed here if aware. Room was clean enough but bathroom fixtures were stained. Place currently undergoing renovations, hope will improve once complete. ”

”Overall nice and cozy place. Very good beds and I loved they had real duvet covers. Also I appreciated the water fountain. I think that paper plates and plastic utensils were out of place. Anyhow the breakfast quality was good. The staff was ok, but definitely not friendly. Never said good morning etc. So I didn’t feel welcomed to this hotel. (We spent 3 nights.) Backyard view to the hill was stunning! ”
