”I did not even stay at this property. Even though listing was up on expedia, as soon as I booked, the hotel sent me a message saying it is not available. I've asked for help to cancel to get my money back, they told me to contact Expedia. Fair enough, I've contacted expedia explained the situation. Expedia said they could not contact the hotel and did not refund my money. A service I didn't even use!! Hotel didn't move a finger to help. ”One of the best resorts we have stayed at. Attention to detail was impeccable. Very clean and the staff went above and beyond to make this a memorable trip for the family. The concierge service at Long Bay Beach Club coordinated VIP airport entrance and transportation to the villa and we skiped the long line.
