Chalet't – Five Points

”This is a cool old southern house. The host was very nice and easy to communicate with. We were visiting a relative that lives in town and this was close by and just as affordable as the motels in town. We had the bridal suite, which was spacious. There were 2 things that could be improved upon, but are minor issues. 1: Shower water pressure was low 2: The door to the room stuck very hard and you made a bunch of noise trying to open or close it, Luckily there were no other guests in the house...

”Great place to stay”

”Room stunk and had lots of black mold on the bathroom ceiling…room was run down. Elevator was sketchy. Breakfast was not great, but the bagel filled the hole temporarily. Second day husband laid facedown on freshly cleaned room only to wake up with swollen eyes… ask for a new pillow and pillowcase and survived the night… cleaning crew did remove the mold from the ceiling after I asked them to. Staff was friendly, but I will not be staying here ever again.”

”Rhe beds were comfortable. The staff were friendly and courteous. We liked how the property was off the main road. The bathroom floors were dirty. You could tell our bathroom was a remodel. The finishes were sub par. One ice machine on the main floor wasn't working. There was a second on the third floor.”

”Super crowded. If you book through Expedia you can’t use the self check in kiosk there. You need to call for help. Took over 30 mins to be able to check in. Also, they are under the impression that people have been there before. No directions whatsoever”

”There was a musty smell in the room, the shower curtain was dirty, there was no ice either day. I feel all rooms should have no carpet. The area was convenient the staff was friendly.”

”The motel is not well kept up. Full trash cans, no soap in the public bathroom, bath tub drain broken, breakfast buffet not well stocked or cleaned. The room and bed were comfortable but the bed linen was wrinkled as if not tended out of the dryer Like I said, ok.”
