Only 1 tv, is a camera on property and in foyer area, no privacy. Owner advertises event are allowed but doesn’t disclose how much or that there is an event fee. Unlike others properties on here. Great communication, owner was polite. Offered 200$ event fee, went down $50 for minor inconvenience ”
