First Floor:
Step into your sanctuary of luxury living in Flagler Beach. The first floor features a private king bedroom suite with an en-suite walk-in shower. Adjacent to the suite is a private patio with lounge seating, leading you to the outdoor oasis. Here, you`ll find a sparkling pool, jacuzzi, and sun loungers for ultimate relaxation. Enjoy easy access to the beach via a private walkway, complete with an outdoor shower.

Second Floor:
Ascend to the second floor to discover two queen bedrooms, each with its own ensuite bathroom. One bedroom features a sleek walk-in shower, while the other offers a bathtub for a luxurious soak or shower. Both rooms have access to private balconies. A dedicated laundry room is also located on this floor for added convenience. The primary king bedroom is a true retreat, with a spacious walk-in closet, a spa-inspired bathroom featuring a walk-in shower and soaking tub, and a private balcony with stunning beach views.

Third Floor:
The heart of this residence is on the third floor, where you`ll find a cozy living room with a welcoming fireplace and breathtaking ocean views from the adjacent balcony. A fully stocked kitchen with modern appliances awaits your culinary creations, and the elegant dining room is perfect for shared meals. A nearby bar offers the perfect setting for entertaining guests. This floor is ideal for relaxation and socializing, with panoramic vistas adding to the ambiance.

- H O U S E R U L E S -

The pool can be heated for an additional $100/day, available October 15th through May 15th please let us know if you would like us to set that up for you! If the heater has any issues or does not work during your stay, this fee will be refunded. No other part of the booking cost will be refunded. Thank you for your understanding!

Please note that pool heating is an optional add-on and is charged separately after your booking is confirmed. The fee for pool heat is $100 per day.

Our pool’s heat pump system operates effectively when outdoor temperatures are above 55°F. However, when temperatures drop below this threshold, the system becomes less efficient. At night, when temperatures fall closer to or below 40°F, the heater may shut down entirely due to excessive icing, as it must frequently defrost. During this process, the open surface of the pool loses heat faster than the system can replace it.
We appreciate your patience and understanding during unusually cold weather.

Please note that the property has an elevator, but it is not listed as an amenity, and its availability is not guaranteed. If it is out of service during your stay, we may not be able to have it repaired right away, though we’re always here to help if any issues arise. For safety, the elevator should only be used when needed and must be used with a person inside.

The house is fully available to the guests, with one locked owner’s closet.

No smoking on the property.

*There is a $500 security hold that is released upon check out.

We understand accidents happen and kindly ask that you please notify us if an item breaks, doesn`t work or is soiled as soon as it happens. We want to ensure we can replace item(s) as soon as possible for you or the next guest. If items are missing or broken, the guest is responsible for the charge for any item(s).
Primary guest must be present on all bookings.
The pool can be heated for $100 per day.

Pet Policy - We are happy to host your dogs! 2 dogs allowed, please reach out with any questions. We ask that you do not leave your dog`s alone at the house for long periods of time, distressed animals can cause damage or excessive barking can upset neighbors. The beach is dog friendly, there are leash laws. Please tell us about your dog(s). We love to hear about them! *Pet Fee - A pet fee will be charged, $175 1 or 2 dogs for the stay. Please let us know when booking your pet information. There is no pet fee for certified service animals, we do ask as a courtesy to let us know if you will be bringing a service animal during your stay.

If there’s an excess of trash left behind and we need to arrange for its removal, there will be a $100 fee. Thanks for understanding!
