This ocean view home is the ideal destination for two families or a group of friends looking to enjoy the charming town of Flagler Beach. The rooftop deck showcases commanding views of the Atlantic, glorious sunrises, the Intracoastal Waterway, and beautiful sunsets to mark the end of a perfect day. Life doesn't get much better than this!
Inside, find an open and spacious floor plan that's comfortable and tastefully decorated. There's a nicely appointed kitchen with bar seating for eight, a separate dining area, and breathtaking views throughout the house.
Other conveniences include a gas grill for summer barbecues, a private washer/dryer for your swimsuits, and beach chairs, towels, and a cooler to bring to the beach each day. In the afternoons and evenings, relax on the rooftop deck and covered porch and admire the picturesque beach in front of you. You'll also have WiFi and cable service for your nightly entertainment.
The best part of this property is the location. You can walk everywhere, with wonderful restaurants and quaint bars mere steps away. A1A has been called Florida's most scenic road, with miles of road nestled up along the ocean and no high-rise condos to block the view.
If you haven't discovered Flagler Beach yet, you're going to love this retro-style beach town between St. Augustine and Daytona Beach. Blissfully undeveloped and low-key, Flagler Beach is one of Florida's best kept secrets. It's a dog-friendly beach, where fishing and surfing are right across the street. If you're in town on a Friday or Saturday, check out the farmers market in the town square or movie night on the last Friday of the month.

There is no elevator in this three-level home.
The hot tub is no longer available.
There is a private apartment off the garage that is used by the owner occasionally.
The following dog breeds are not allowed: Akita, Australian Blue Heeler, Boxer, Bull Mastiff, Chow, Dalmatian, Doberman, English Bulldog, Great Dane, Husky (any type), Malamute, Mastiff (any variation), Pit Bull, Presa Canarios, Rottweiler, Saint Bernard, wolf-dog hybrid.
If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.
Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
