”Stayed one night on a road trip. For the price, it's great. Comfortable bed, good sized room and clean enough. Staff organized everything to work out well. They also seemed genuinely nice people. Gym equipment were new, free weights too. Breakfast was normal for this type of motel. Location is perfect for my type of situation, right of 95, restaurants few min walk away and publix across the street.”

”This property is a good lower price option for stays in Daytona Beach. While it does not have the amenities of more upscale properties (no pool, no bar, no restaurant) it makes the most of what it has. There was a self serve breakfast that was pretty good offering sandwiches, fruit, waffles and a few other options. Our room was good sized with a small but well equipped kitchen space. We had an oceanfront balcony which was nice. The room, while dated, was also kept very clean. We have stayed here...

”The place is well-kept and the managers are very hospitable. The room itself (Sunset Suite) was very clean and quiet. We had zero issues while we were there, and the view of the ocean when you walk out of the door only adds to the vacation experience. We will definitely be staying here again!”

”Great location. Beautiful, clean house with gorgeous view. Great for a big family or for four couples. Not comfortable for the elderly people for now, until the access to the beach is rebuilt. Everything we needed in the house for our stay was provided. Would be nice if a beach umbrella and beach chairs were available. The property caretaker was helpful when we had some questions.”

”This house is located in a very nice place, but it has its issues. Interior issues like moldy showers, paint peeling, rusty surfaces and worn out furniture are some examples. We were bummed to discover that hot tub was broken (that was not told to us at time of rental payment). The bedroom layout is WEIRD! If couples are expecting a romantic get away, this is not the place. NO privacy is available in any of the bedrooms. Then we had an unexpected visitor that spent several nights in the ground...
