”The room was clean and comfortable for a short stay. I stayed at Haven Inn in Hamilton last Saturday for one night during a business trip, and overall it was worth it for the price and purpose of my visit. The staff were helpful, and parking was convenient. The only downside was that the room felt a little cold. Other than that, it was a simple and practical place to stay for one night, especially for a business trip.”

”It is a student dormitory type of hotel. The suite contains two bedrooms, a pantry (sink, fridge and microwave oven) and a washroom. Despite the fact we stayed right after the school term ended, the rooms are in exceptional state of cleaningness; the beds feel firm and support my back very well. It feels super comfortable.”

”Room needs lots of updates. No sports stations on TV. Cable system certainly needs to be updated. Check in was standing outside while a window was opened and clip board was passed through. Very impersonal.”

You could only shut it properly from the inside without slamming the door. The TV didn't work. Correction: the TV worked but the cable didn't. The room is in SERIOUS need of a paint job; especially behind the chair in the room. The mattress was so awful! I swear it hasn't been changed from the 70s. Hardly any padding, you could feel the springs, and the...

”Stayed in the Beasley room for the night and it was exactly what we needed. Located in a lovely heritage building, the room and house is full of character. Super comfy and clean, both the room and common areas were very well kept. There are multiple well stocked washrooms and the kitchen looked recently installed or renovated. The staff was present, kind, and helpful. Would come back in a heartbeat!”

”Jacuzzi is completely pure bleach. Bleached our swim suits , bleached my hair and gave us rashes . Terrible experience . And refused to give a refund”
