”Most of the hotel staff was amazing. The elevator was down 3/6 days I was there. We lost power for 7 hours. They said due to the energy company but I think it’s because the are renovating some of the rooms. There was no compensation given. Also being an Expedia silver member it said 1 free spa service. I thought I’d be able to choose in that price range however nope just a massage. The hotel refused to give me anything else. I requested a cake be delivered for my wife’s birthday and they forgot....
