”The food was wonderful. The staff were friendly. It is a “private residence” share so they push for buying in. Once that is over, the beach and pool are top notch. You also have access to the sister resort next door which is more family oriented. Overall it was a great experience. We would go back. ”

”The hotel location was nice and quiet away from the hustle and bustle of the busy Puerto Vallarta town. We really enjoyed the food and the staff was incredibly nice and helpful. The beach view was great from our hotel room and the all buffet restaurant was facing the ocean and it was beautiful to have breakfast every morning with a great view. I can’t wait to return for my next vacation at the Barcelo.”

”This was our 6th time staying at this property, pretty much the whole staff is nice, but specially the staff at: the beach (Eduardo/Juan/Daniel), the Vella buffet (Norma/Isela/Medardo, and Marcos who makes the omelets), Auma restaurante (Rodrigo/Donovan), Israel working the kayaks, and Eduardo (pechocho) (who was working all over the place), this people went above and beyond to make us feel special, thank you all.”
