"The hotel itself was beautiful, great location, views, the funicular down to the old town was just across the street. But I have to say the service disappointed us several times, and we are not very picky travelers. We had asked for the hotel to organize transportation from airport to hotel. They sent prices, we confirmed which one we want. They never confirmed it and there was no transportation organized. We ended up using Bolt, which worked well and was cheaper. On the first night we called room service and asked for some water bottles. We waited for 40 minutes and nothing happened. Called them again, and they said "call zero". Well the phone did not connect anywhere when I pressed 0 but in the end used the "congierce" button. They brought us water very quickly, so all was well in the end, but it was extra hassle and wait. The next day I went for coffee on the 2nd floor cafe. I grabbed one of the salads from the take away shelf with label "beetroot and goat cheese with balsamic". As they served the salad to me, there was no dressing, no cheese in it. Just veggies. So I asked the waitress, she made some calls and said they do not have any goat cheese but they can bring me some local cheese. Which they did, after about 10 minutes. Again, in the end I got the cheese and vinegrette and all was fine. But if I had taken that salad with me to another location to eat (it was take away, after all) I would have felt conned for paying for a goat cheese salad without any cheese. "
