”BEWARE, this property greatly lacks security! The listing does (minimally) state that there is no staff on site. Yet, My wife & I were given entry into the building without having completed the supposed mandatory online check-in, having only spoken to someone through the Ring doorbell camera. We found that the key lock box for our room has been improperly closed by the previous guest, with our room key literally falling out of the lock box when we entered the house. ”It wasn’t good at all, second day I went outside to meet a friend and gave the key back so I won’t lost it. When I came back and asked for the keys, she said we thought you have left already. I said I have booking for one more day. She already booked someone in my room their. What a night mare”

”We stayed for 3 weeks and found the location to be ideal for Henley and also close enough to get to Reading. The annex area was roomy with a well stocked cupboard of crockery and cutlery. Great shower in the bathroom and would be very cosy in the winter with plenty of radiators and a log burning stove. The decor is as per the photos and the parking is easy. Really pleasant stay and would recommend to others”

”2 day stay . Very bad smelling room even after 2 days with window open. Its clearly been lived in by a smoker and a sock was still covering the smoke detector. Really uncumfortabke beds and dirty stained sheets and matress. No lamps no cups, spoon or coffee. Even had to tune the telly myself. Very strange types walking around the corridors would not recomend. Staff were nice enough when i spoke to them. Im not the complaining type so just loughed if off as a bad experience never to be repeated....
