”Not the experience I expected from a Premium Resort. It started with the numerous text I received to register with Open Key in order to check in. The App didn’t work. I called the resort for help, got transferred around. It took 4 calls to reach someone to help. They are no longer using Open Key. We arrived around noon, the room wasn’t ready and were told they would text us. Never received a text.
