”It’s great to have a spacious suite with a large balcony. However, the location right on the main road does not lend itself to a peaceful stay. My balcony was very close to the road and right above the parking lot. In addition, there were ghost ants in the kitchen screwing around every time we turned on the lights. More attention needs to be given to dishware – many pieces appeared to be quickly wiped down, not fully clean. More attention to quality control would be good. Given these drawbacks,...

”what a disappointment to stay in a hotel with such great potential but obvious neglect. From the cold, unwelcoming staff to the dirty, dated rooms to the old ugly dining areas with big heavy curtains and dark scratched floors-the hotel is clearly mismanaged. The entire place needs a good scrubbing, fresh coat of paint, and new furniture in the rooms as well as the dining areas! (looks like 1970’s card tables from walmart) ”

”The hotel was great. Everything was very clean and the breakfast was good. The hotel is situated right next to the airport and the planes landing and taking off made quite a noise during the day. ”

”The staff was wonderful, the free offers like smoothies and churros, and free alcoholic beverages were all so delicious. The shuttle service was also great, and the drivers were super friendly, giving reccommendations for great local places to eat, and talking about city history. Not to mention both the city and the hotel were spotless! Absolutely stellar visit and I'll be certain to come back again.”
