on the night of my arrival after I had unpacked I went to adjust the a/c and there was a large area of the carpet that was soaked from a leaky a/c (which is probably why it wasn't cooling well). There was no one on property other than the one young lady at the front desk. There was no maint person to check the a/c or a housekeeping person to come dry the carpet. The solution was more towels, which I had to pick up at the front desk or change rooms. I opted to change rooms which the front desk attendant tended to.
You can see that they are trying to renovate, but it was average at best.
