The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this charming apartment for rent in the town of Fleury, 500 metres from the beach, with a shared swimming pool, covering an area of 40 m² and accommodating up to 5 guests. It comprises a lovely 24 m² living room, an equipped kitchenette, a beautiful bedroom and a bathroom (with shower). Bed linen and WIFI included. We look forward to welcoming you!

The accommodation is laid out as follows:
- A 24 m² living room with a double sofa bed, TV and sleeping area with a double bed (140x190)
- A fully equipped kitchenette with an electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hob, etc.
- A 15 m² sleeping area on a mezzanine with a double bed (140x190) and a single bed
- A bathroom with shower and toilet

For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, plancha grill, fan.

Outside:
- Access to the residence's tennis court
- A 17m² south-facing terrace with garden furniture to enjoy sunny days
- A shared swimming pool (unheated), open from June to September between 9am and 8pm, secured by a fence.

The house is ideally located in Fleury, in a very pleasant environment. You will be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

- Walk along the garrigue trails leading to the Gouffre de l'Œil Doux, a spectacular natural site nestled in the heart of Mediterranean vegetation.
- Explore the Salins de Gruissan, a unique natural salt marsh site with spectacular colours.
- Visit the ramparts of Carcassonne, a medieval city listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site, just 45 minutes away by car.
- Take a bike ride to discover the cabins of Fleury, an old fishing village on the banks of the river and the sea.

Transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park.
