”This hotel is very well situated in regards to the main attraction of the area, the Le Mont Saint Michel-monastery (the visitors parking lot is a few minutes drive away from the hotel), with affordable prices, clean and comfortable rooms and good service. Even though our room and the common areas were clean, there were quite a many flies in the hotel (we were travelling in the late June). ”Welcome receptionist was very nice and offered water. After that we didnt met a person that spoke english and everybody who we tried to talk to, ignored when they didnt understand. We were unable to ask anything during our stay because the reception was closed and the others we met didnt understand english, not even at the beakfast. We went to the breakfast around 8:30 and all the food were gone and tables dirty. Rooms were old and dusty, definitely NOT worth the money even tho the location was...

”Saint Michel oli hieno nähdä, pieni pettymys oli paikan turistirysämäisyys. Hotelille pääsy oli haasteellinen koska piti saada porttikoodi jolla pääsi hotellin parkkiin. Infoa oli tullutkin spostiin kunhan vain tulisi sitä lomallakin seurattua. ”

”Basic room with a good location to visit le Mont Saint-Michel early in the morning. There was a smell in the room and the room was a bit old but clean. Did the job as the prices in the area are quite high. I would not stay longer. ”

”First of all the hotel should provide a "hotel-run" shuttle dedicated to guests from the parking lot directly to the Mont's entrance. Even with minimal luggage, it was incredibly inconvenient to walk from the bus drop-off to the Gate and then on the cobblestone street up to the hotel !! Secondly, to access our reserved room, we had to go through a maze of stairs, outside on the rampart, through some room being repaired & then again down some more stairs.... ”Oltiin matkalla Nantesista Normandiaan kun päätettiin tehdä extempore pysähdys Mont st Micheliin. Katsottiin että paikka on mukavan lähellä ja sopii reitillemme. Paikka on todella nätti ja palvelu todella hyvää (varsinkin ravintolassa illalla). Ainoa vapaa huone oli joku vähän isompi ja kalliimpi (huone nro114). Huone siisti, mutta paikat hieman kulahtaneet. Iso kylppäri! Hotellilta hienot näkymät Mont st Michelinille päin. Aamiainen ei hintansa väärti! Pienellä laitolla paikasta saisi erittäin...

”Accommodation is in little semi detached cottages in the gardens, which is very charming Bed very comfortable, breakfast very good and evening meal fine Only downside was having to use a tablet to read the restaurant carte. Fine for those aged 15 and under but at my age these things get difficult Heater in the bathroom was a bit rusty, which took the edge off a gorgeously refurbished hotel We shall visit again,now that I know to head for Pontabault rather than Val St Pere”
