The vacation rental has 2 double bedrooms, 2 twin bedrooms, and a common area with a kitchenette. Each room has its own bathroom with a shower and toilet. The apartment is located in a former stable built of fieldstone and clinker brick and is part of the Suckow estate, which was built between 1860 and 1890.

As a special highlight, the stable building features a soundproof rehearsal room in the basement equipped with a sound system, a seating area, and musical equipment, which can be rented separately. Here, bands and musicians can develop their music, rehearse, and, of course, record. Perfect for a band retreat or upcoming band projects.
