”Refrigerator did not work and my food spoiled. I check in online yet had to check in when I arrived and then got a weird call asking if I got my key?”

”The entrance and lobby were lovely and deceptive. The room was mediocre/meh at best. The outside window screen was torn halfway off. Scuffed finishes on furniture that did not match. Low quality bathroom fixtures. Finish on bathroom mirror coming off. Television lacked channels. For the price i paid I expected better.”

”The hotel is well-located. The staff members were very helpful and nice. The hotel was full during our stay. The breakfast and coffee were very helpful for our busy schedule. The refrigerator and microwave were also helpful. The 11 AM checkout time was helpful. Unfortunately, we had to manually reconnect our phones to the hotel internet service each time we returned, which was frustrating. All in all, we enjoyed and appreciated our stay.”

”We enjoyed our stay. Well appointed, modern remodeled apartment with everything needed. Easy communication with host. Location is convenient to downtown. Regarding neighborhood, a 7.5/10. Walked around neighborhood in daytime a few times and was fine. Bedroom windows do let in some filtered light at night. Didn’t bother us too much but might want sleep mask if it does others.
