Motellit – Flinders Ranges and Outback

”After I booked the room, I rang twice to check that the room was on the ground floor & both times not answered, so I left a written message with the booking & got no reply…….not a good start! On entering the room it looked very tired, badly needs renovating. No exhaust fan in the bathroom, the tap in the hand basin was so loose it nearly fell off when I turned it on. All the bottles in the shower were empty, no flannel/face washer, only 1 tiny bath towel for 2 people. The toilet was loose when...

”Convenient place to stay on my way to the Flinders Ranges. Second time staying here and will do again.”

”We were in room #7 and it’s a really good one to choose. It’s one of their bigger rooms and has a beautiful chesterfield couch in it. Parking was undercover in the shade, the room was spotless and the whole ‘vibe’ of the place was so relaxing. The managers, Mick & Erin, were the nicest people….so friendly and helpful. We loved chatting to them. We would highly recommend staying here!”

”The lady on reception, when we arrived, was lovely and so helpful. We were very happy with our room and the wifi was excellent. We’ve actually booked another 1 night stay, after we get back from Coober Pedy, and really happy we did.”

”Very welcoming staff. Good sized rooms, very clean and well maintained. Excellent on-site restaurant with both English and excellent Indian cuisine.”

”We stayed at the underground room. We expected the natural smell of living underground but not the fine flakes from the ceiling on our bed. The restaurant had a selection of dishes from the regular pub foods to curries.”

”Convenient for overnight on way back to Adelaide The toilet was leaking and tv not working well”
