”Very nice hotel in the area”

”Rooms were spacious and clean, staff was warm and welcoming, breakfast options were limited but available if needed, and free covered parking with direct access to the hotel was available, which was perfect when storms rolled thru the night we stayed. Highly recommend the hotel for anyone visiting the St. Louis metro area.”

”Staff was kind, however they NEVER had clean towels! We were there for about 4 days and only got new ones our last night. The bedding, and towels had stains, and our room never got cleaned. During our stay we were awaken by a false fire alarm at 1:30am, we evacuated, but staff only told the first floor it was nothing while the rest of the building was standing outside. The ac in our room would turn off constantly. Was not the best stay, we had a group of people stay in 5 different rooms and...

”It smelled really bad and the room smelt like mildew and the ac filter was really dirty and when I went to put my bag into the chair it had a lot of stains that I couldn’t bring myself to stay there I went and told the clerk that I couldn’t stay there and I was going to find something different and she said have a good night”

”This is our favorite hotel. My husband and I and our two kids (12 and 15) love staying here. The rooms, pool (it’s indoor and outdoor) and fitness room are all great. The breakfast is delicious. The dinners smell fantastic (we usually eat out so we haven’t tried it). Fresh popped popcorn in the lobby and 3 complimentary adult beverages per evening is a real treat as well. The staff are courteous and welcoming. We hate leaving when our stay is finished.”

”The hotel is very nice and clean. Staff is very friendly. There are no signs telling you where the elevator or where breakfast is served. There are no clocks in the room and no mirror in the sleeping area. The sink in the room is good, but not helpful due to no mirror.”

”Even with the confirmed booking they tell me that my booking is cancelead and go check any other locations and then instead of suites they allocate 2 seperate rooms to accomodate my young kids to be left out in a seperate room. On the name of breakfast they have a option of Grab and go and they have only Oatmeals packets with warm water”
