”Overall a nice experience. Customer service desk was prompt and professional. Breakfast crew had a nice layout. Room was clean and fairly quiet. Nearby where I wanted to go for a concert. ”

”The place was really full and still quiet even though we were right by the pool and lobby. The pool area was spacious. Breakfast was basic but well taken care of and delicious. Check in/out went smoothly, and it was a convenient safe location. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Would definitely stay again!”

”The in room coffee maker did not work. They did not replace it. If I wanted hot water in the sink, I had to turn on the bathtub hot water. The mini fridge had 4 inches of ice/snow surrounding the freezer part. Microwave was dirty. Mattresses were very lumpy. All upkeep/repairs in the room were spotty. On the upside the staff were very pleasant, but they had no authority or the means to fix or resolve anything.”

”Like: very clean, Dislike: Bed was too hard and uncomfortable, did not sleed well. Breakfast bar had missing items and only 1 garbage can which was overflowing. Attendant was mostly absent both days and ignored the situation.”

”Pool was freezing and dirty. Hot tub was cold and dirty. Ants in the pool area. Mold through out the building. ”

”Room was not cleaned when I arrived, found half drank bottles of water with the caps off, makeup on the floor, hair on the floor and the bathroom sink didn’t drain.”
