Discover the beauty of Georgia/Tennessee in the perfect location for enjoying activities in both states. It sits at the base of Lookout Mountain with beautiful views from the backyard. This home is located in GA 1 mile from TN state line in a small neighborhood with sidewalks for walking your fur babies. It is a 15 to 20 minute drive to downtown Chattanooga depending on the time of day. It’s an 0.8 mile drive to Rock City, 4.5 miles to Ruby Falls, 2.7 miles to the Railroad Incline, and St. Elmo Park is 1 mile away. This 3-bedroom and 2 bath home features 2 king beds and 1 bunk bed that are ideal for a family to stay comfortably. Outside there is a covered patio with furniture, a gas fireplace, gas grill, corn hole boards, and a wood burning fire-pit in the backyard with an 8ft enclosed privacy fence for those who wish to bring your fur babies along. We look forward to hosting all potential guests in the most welcoming way possible.

Michelle is the most amazing host! She went above and beyond for us to make our stay as welcoming and memorable as possible! She left gifts and goodies for our girls for their birthday and even checked on us during the stay! The home is stunning and cozy in a wonderful neighborhood! She had everything we could have needed in the home and more! Highly recommend this home and host if you are in the area! We had a wonderful experience!

If I Could Give It More Than 5 Stars, I Would!This was by far the best place our family has ever stayed! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The home was absolutely spotless—easily the cleanest vacation rental we’ve ever experienced.It was beautifully decorated and had such a warm, welcoming feel that it instantly felt like home. Every detail was thoughtfully planned out, from the cozy furnishings to the fully stocked kitchen. There were so many cooking supplies and tools available—it made preparing meals so easy and enjoyable.The accommodations for kids were incredible, too! There were toys, games, and even outdoor activities that kept them entertained for hours. It made our trip so relaxing knowing they were happy and engaged.Honestly, everything about this place was perfect. Comfortable, beautiful, clean, and packed with thoughtful touches for both kids and adults. If I could give it more than five stars, I absolutely would. We can’t wait to come back!

We had a wonderful stay! The location is perfect—close to all the main attractions, great hiking spots, and plenty of dining options. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, and the large backyard was a big bonus for our dog to run around and relax.Traveling with my parents, we really appreciated having a second king bed—it made the stay extra comfortable for everyone. The house was spotless, and Michele is an amazing host—super thoughtful and easy to communicate with. Highly recommend!

Honestly, the best VRBO I've ever stayed at...

We were amazed at the hospitality. This sets us up for unrealistic expectations next time, wherever we go, lol. This was a solid place for our 2 & and 4-year-olds. They enjoyed the nice quality toys, and we appreciated the bubbles and cookies left for them to enjoy for the 4th of July. This place has everything that's needed. Backyard and patio were great, you could see Rock City from it. Highly recommend.

Amazing home

Staying in the home was amazing. Had a slight issue with lock on the front door and the owner was there quickly to help! I also have 2 large dogs and they were welcomed and even had toys waiting for them!!

Perfect in every way

Michele's home provided a super clean and perfectly stocked place to rest. The beds were all very comfortable. The neighborhood was very quiet and safe. The fresh fruit and snacks were also a very nice touch. There is literally nothing i could complain about. I highly recommend this home.

Excellent for families

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful property. It was perfectly sized and set up for 4 adults and two young children. The hosts made it so easy to bring our kids (ages 2 & 4) and had activities and gear so it lightened our travel load. The back yard and back porch was great for visiting and spending time together. Having such a wonderful house made it enjoyable to just hang out at home while on vacation. Close to all of the Lookout Mountain attractions and easy access to Chattanooga.

Excellent Home, Excellent Host

We had a great stay! The host was excellent—very responsive and thoughtful. Michele even left us some snacks and a surprise upon arrival. It was a very nice touch. The house itself was super clean and beds were really comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed and more. Location was perfect too—close to a lot of great spots, most within a 15-minute drive. I’ve rented a lot of homes, and this was one of the best homes with an exceptional host!! We would definitely stay here again!

Amazing getaway outside of Chatanooga

Michele gave us an unbelievable experience. Everything from her communication before the stay, making sure the house was baby proof and even went above and beyond to purchase a pack n play, high chair and all the toys and books that the kids had a ball with. The house was very clean and modern, the backyard and view was gorgeous and she even left us some cookies and fruit in the fridge! Well stocked with all the amenities needed and the 6 minute drive into St. Elmo and 15 minute drive to downtown Chat made this the perfect location. Just an amazing experience for both families of all ages!

Best VRBO Experience I’ve Had

I stayed here with my family (4 adults, a 6 month old, and a dog) for 3 nights as we were in the area for a wedding. This home was even nicer in person than it appears in the pictures. The neighborhood is super quiet and peaceful but in a great location. Close to Chattanooga, and literally right below Rock City. It was absolutely spotless, and everything in the home is very high quality. The host has thought of everything! They went out of their way to have specific accommodations and gifts for our baby and were incredibly responsive throughout the trip. This is truly the best experience I have had with a VRBO or similar rental and definitely the best host! You won’t find better in the area.

Lovely Home & Experience

This property was not only beautiful, comfortable & with a fab location, but it also truly felt so very CLEAN! That has not been my experience with other VRBO’s. It was so nice to not feel like I needed to wash dishes before using etc. I know everyone’s “clean” is different, but this allowed me to be able to truly RELAX and enjoy my family & our stay in general!!I even joked “I’m never leaving!”The host, Michele, was purposeful in making sure there was always clear communication & that the home was set up for comfort of all kinds (extra towels, blankets, games, cornhole, firepit, plenty of dishes, cookware & even the little extra things you forget like cooking spray or oil, spices and ziplock/cling-wrap etc). Hands down, I would stay here again as well as highly recommend to others!

Excellent Getaway!

So glad we chose this home for our short family getaway!Exactly as described, beautifully decorated and updated, super clean and fully equipped with anything you could possibly need! Very welcoming & comfortable for the entire family including our fur babies!! Location was perfect for all the exploring we had on the "to do" list! The host was amazing and even left fruit and cookies for the family and treats & toys for our pups! Very pleased! If you're looking at this home to book for a vacay--- just do it ! Exceeded Expectations

We decided to spend the second half of our spring break in Chattanooga. I came across this listing and was a bit hesitant to book due to it only having one review. I’m so glad I decided to proceed with the booking. Even before I booked it, I messaged the owner to inquire about there being a tv in the primary suite. The owners made sure the tv was there upon arrival. The house was extremely clean and the decor was tastefully selected and reflected a focus on family. We had EVERYTHING we needed to make our stay relaxing. My husband and I are considering booking it soon, as we enjoyed the hospitality just that much. Please don’t let the lack of reviews deter you from this place, it’s definitely a hidden gem (a couple of miles from Ruby Falls and Rock City) of Chattanooga.
