Rock Vista Retreat Family is nestled in a serene valley, with stunning views of Lookout Mountain and a special surprise glimpse of Rock City. This spacious 2 unit townhome provides the perfect blend of country charm and modern amenities and is ideal for families or groups. The two units, in total, provide 6 bedrooms and 4.5 spread across 3,100 sq feet with ample parking for all guests. Whether you're here to explore the local attractions or simply relax and take in the beautiful surroundings, this townhome provides the perfect retreat.



As part of your stay with iTrip Chattanooga, we provide access to a collection of local experiences through our partnership with Xplorie. Each reservation receives one ticket per activity each day. Tickets are valid only on the day they are issued, and a fresh ticket will be available the following day, for each activity. Daily tickets cannot be saved, combined, or used on a different day.

The spacious, level backyard boasts stunning mountain views that can be enjoyed from several cozy seating areas, including a charming swing, grill and fire pit. Rock Vista Retreat 1 has a large shaded fenced in side yard with an additional grill and fire pit, making it a perfect place to hang out on a sunny day and enjoy the peacefulness of the area. The highlight is your own private view of historic Rock City, where you can see 7 states on a clear day. A stroll across the front yard reveals a large-scale Rock City birdhouse – a must see during your visit! The large front yard is also an excellent place for a pick-up game of wiffle ball or corn hole, with equipment provided for both.



Both units have an open-concept kitchen and living space which are perfect for gathering together. The fully equipped kitchens have everything you need to prepare meals, with dining tables in both units for meals or game time and finally the living areas provide a cozy spot to unwind. Washer and dryers are provided in both units as well as ample linens and towels for all the guests.

Ample parking is located at the entrance to the property, with additional parking available directly across the street - including room for boats, trailers or campers.

- Steps - As this is a two-story townhome, there are steps to the second floor, where all bedrooms are located.

- The property owners reside in the house directly behind the townhome and invite you to enjoy the shared backyard, which also serves as their front yard. We kindly ask that you respect the privacy of their front porch and garage space, and enjoy quiet hours to ensure a pleasant experience for everyone.
