***Please Note: There is a security camera mounted on the exterior corner of the side porch area that monitors the driveway area only. There is sound and the device is recording.***
We ask that you please respect the following rules during your stay:
1) No pets please. Any unauthorized pets will result in immediate eviction, $150 fee, and any extra charges for any additional cleaning/damages.
2) No parties or events.
3) No smoking or vaping of any substance inside the home. If you do smoke we ask that you please do so outside and away from the doors. Please pick up and properly dispose of butts. Any evidence of smoke inside the home will result in an immediate charge of $500 plus any additional cost of remediation. There will be additional cleaning charges for not cleaning up cigarette butts.
We offer a 15-min grace period for late check-outs. After 15 mins, there will be automatic $50 charge for unapproved late check outs.
Lastly, while we have regular and excellent pest control, our climate can provide the conditions for an occasional bug sighting. If you do spot a bug we will send pest control back out as quickly as possible, but please note that we do not provide refunds based on this.
