Don't write him off he knows what he is talking about. This is a beautiful house with a million dollar view. However much like any house they tend to have their quirks. The down stairs half bathroom lacked a certain level of privacy (a door) . The kitchen sink doesn't drain properly it held a half a sink full of water for an extended period of time....
