”The hotel definitely made the trip more enjoyable, my only suggestion is cleanliness, housekeeping can do a better job such as wipe off dust on all counters, floor board, they also do not vacuum, so I can see my hair accumulated on the floor at my 5-nights stay. ”

”We loved the Hotel Saranac. It is a beautiful old hotel located in the downtown area just steps away from shops and restaurants. Be forewarned, the rooms are small, but filled with charm, well appointed and very comfortable. Everything was spotlessly clean. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel restaurant is very good and well worth a visit. We will definitely be back.”

”We were in town for a hockey tournament and it was a perfect place to stay so we didn't have to eat every meal out. We were in and out for games and didn't have any issues. The host let us check in an hour early so we could unpack before our first game. Overall great experience--would stay here again next year.”

”We enjoyed staying in this small but perfect size cabin for my husband and teen son. Our friends stayed in the cabin next door with their family. The location was close to the main street, which is a quaint Adirondack town with nice restaurants. It's 20 minutes north of Lake Placid and 10 minutes from all kinds of winter activities. We will definitely definitely be back.”
