”We didn’t know what to expect and were very pleasantly surprised by this wonderful inn. We were warmly welcomed by Gail upon arrival and shown around the property after registering us.
Our room, the common areas - lounge and pantry - and the outdoor spaces were very clean and well maintained. Our bed was comfortable and the linen smelled fresh.

”The property is 6 cottages within a separate resort. The resort for families is great. Falcon Cottages are not. We were put in a filthy cottage basically a mobile. Stained couch and dining chairs, broken blinds. Dried up food down the back of the counter and chairs. I went to use a baking pan only to find it full of grease. ”My wife and I stayed here for one night on her birthday. This is now our go to Inn when we visit Niagara on the Lake. The Inn is beautiful. The bedroom and bathroom were perfect. From the linens, to the temperature in the room, everything was top tier. The staff were incredibly helpful. The breakfast was truly amazing. Can’t say enough good things. We’re definitely going to be back.”

”Trish was very attentive and the breakfast was delicious. The table was set for royalty. The ambiance was charming. On the outside patio one could view birds, chickens and flowers. This was truly a great extra special place to stay. I would highly recommend staying there. It adds to the charm of Niagara on the lake with the beautiful Ravine winery within walking distance.”

”This property is so run down and not properly taken care of. We had wet drywall mud in our room on the wall! Our room smelled weird. And the staff turned us away at checking in at 3:48pm. Ridiculous. Breakfast was disgusting and hardly anything to eat. I’d rather sleep in my car next time”

I booked two connecting rooms and tanks god for that we had one useful toilet because in one room toilet was clogged and both rooms shower head didn’t work, side of tub chipped, toilet seat move when you seat and bad orders from the carpet. I was glad I only booked for one night. Only the lobby was presentable, rooms were more like motel.”

”The rooms were absolutely disgusting. We had to go to Dollarama just to buy cleaning supplies before we felt somewhat comfortable staying there. I honestly don’t understand how this place is allowed to operate in this condition.
The walls were covered in years of built-up grime and dirt. We never took our shoes off inside the room, and we slept fully clothed because it felt so unclean. The doors only had a single lock, and the plexiglass windows made us feel unsafe.
